How do I make a reservation?
It’s easy! Just call our office at (760) 789-7252 and we will take your reservation over the phone, or you can now book your transportation online.

What is Door-to-Door service?
Wright Trammel Transportation will pick you up at the airport, your home/office location and deliver you directly to your destination.

How long does it take for Wright Trammel Transportation to pick me up at the airport?
From the time you arrive at the airport it takes only a few minutes for your driver to meet you at curb-side. Once you have claimed your luggage just call your driver directly at the # provided on your reservation form.

Meet and Greet
Upon request, (extra fee) our driver will meet you in the baggage claim area with a greeting sign with your first and last name, the driver will then take you to the vehicle, load your baggage and drive you directly to your destination.

Do I have to make a reservation?
We do recommend you make a reservation in advance though we take same day reservations as the schedule allows.

Is there a fee for canceling a reservation?
Yes, all reservations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

WTT is not responsible for flight delays, and we do charge wait time for delays over 1 hour. 

In order to avoid wait time fees, we suggest passengers call our office directly at (760) 789-7252 prior to boarding.

Do you offer other transportation besides going to and from the Airport?

WTT is a full service transportation company; we offer transportation for wine tours, craft brewery tours, concerts, weddings, special events, destination tours, cruise terminals, non-emergency medical transportation, 
corporate accounts, casinos, courier delivery, cigar related events, transportation for hikers, sporting events, and executive services

Can I pay the driver when I am picked up?
Yes, we do accept Cash if previously arranged. We also accept all Major Credit Cards.

How do I make changes to my reservation after booking it?
After you have booked an online reservation, you can make changes by sending via email a request to shuttlesandiego@gmail.com. Changes within 24 hours before your departure or arrival need to be called into our office at (760) 789-7252 as soon as possible. Please have your confirmation number ready for reference.

What are the luggage restrictions?
WTT allows each passenger 2 pieces of luggage. Excessive amounts of or larger sized luggage such as sporting items, animal carriers etc., are subject to extra cost per item. Please contact our office at (760) 789-7252 for additional information and cost.  

Do I have to pay full price for my child?
At WTT we charge for the vehicle and passenger count. Car/ booster seats are provided at an additional cost. Please contact our office at (760) 789-7252 to request a car/ booster seat be added to your reservation as soon as possible.
